The Trustd platform is expanding its insurance credentialing capabilities through a partnership with Business Choice Direct (BCD)
- Insurance Integration with BCD: Members selecting BCD as their insurance provider will have their documents and data pulled directly from BCD. This includes GIT and vehicle insurance details.
- Credential Creation: Any document received via from BCD are automatically converted into a verifiable credential. These credentials are created by extracting key data points (e.g. policy number, start date) and passing them for credentialisation.

How credentials work in Trustd:
- You can view credentials via the View Credential button on your documents and in the Trustd wallet.
- Credentials can be shared externally via QR code or email.
- Third parties receiving these credentials can verify them using the Verify button, confirming the authenticity of the data.
